Jacob Alexander Holm, beloved son, brother, friend, passed away on August 27, 2013 in Monument, Colorado.
He was born in Columbia, Maryland, April 20, 1994 the second child born to Eric and Kalynne Holm.
Jake attended Palmer Ridge High School where he was involved in the Bear Necessities Theatre Company all four years. He graduated in 2012. He attended Colorado State for a semester.
Jake was a gifted artist, a deep and complex thinker and had a delightful sense of humor. He enjoyed hanging out with friends, going to movies, and pestering his mother.
He leaves behind to cherish his memory, Parents; Eric and Kalynne Holm, brother; Bryan Holm, Grandparents; Molly Holm and Eugene and Dixie Davis, lots of aunts and uncles, and piles of cousins. Plus many, many friends.
Memorial Service will take place September 7, 2013 at 1:30pm at Palmer Ridge High School Auditorium.

My son was a friend of Jake's at Palmer Ridge High School. My deepest and sincere sympathy to all of you who are dealing with this tragic loss. My heart and prayers go out to all of you! May Jake find peace in heaven and may your heavy hearts heal over time!
