Jacob Levi “Jake” Gordon, 25, of Tuttle, died Sunday, June 10, 2018 in Tuttle. The son of Homer Leon Gordon, Jr. and Margaret Elaine (Ayers) Porter, he was born July 24, 1992 in Oklahoma City.
Jake was a member of the Camille Baptist Church in Valley Brook and was currently employed by Braum’s Dairy Farm. In his spare time, he enjoyed fishing, hunting, playing the guitar, and playing Celtic Heroes on his phone. His greatest enjoyment came from spending time with his family, especially his fiancee’ and newborn son.
He is survived by his fiancée, Sydney Stevens of Tuttle; one son, Jake Allen Gordon, of Tuttle; his mother, Elaine Porter and Ryan Cook, of Georgia; his father, Homer Gordon, Jr. of Bridge Creek; one sister, Samantha Sharp and her husband, Brian, of Moore; two brothers, Caleb Gordon of Bridge Creek and Thomas Porter of Ohio; grandparents, Homer L. Gordon, Sr. of Oklahoma City, Olene Gordon of Norman, and Sue Wilson of Stillwater; great grandmother, Mary Lou Wilson, of Tennessee; aunt, Stacy Gordon, of Norman; niece, Emmy Sharp of Moore; nephew, Caleb Porter of Ohio; and many other loved ones and friends.
Funeral service will be held at 2:00 P.M., Friday, June 15, 2018 at the Eisenhour Funeral Home in Blanchard. Burial will follow in the Blanchard Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Eisenhour Funeral Home of Blanchard. Online obituary and guestbook are available at www.eisenhourfh.com.
