Jacob (Jake) McKinnon Obituary
It is with tremendous sadness that we announce the sudden passing of our most loved son and brother Jake; in his 21st year. His love, humor and passion for life will stay with us always. He was a loveable warrior who will leave a deep sadness in our hearts for the rest of time. He leaves behind his parents Patrick and Laura (Duncan) McKinnon, brothers P.J. and Joel; also mourning his loss are grandparents Shirley Kearns, Vincent McKinnon, and pre-deceased grandparents Margaret and William (Pops) Duncan. He is survived by many loving aunts, uncles; Jim and Marla, Julie and Brian, Chris and Marilyn, Sherry and Mark, Mike, Pat and Steve, Bill and Penny, Lynne and Bill. Cousins; Kaleigh, Kirsten, Jacqui, Patrick, Nolan, Kirstyn, Emily, Elliott, Jennifer, Lori, Donald, Stephanie, Jacqueline, Melanie and Ryan.

The family will receive friends at the "THORPE BROTHERS' FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL", 96 West Street on Monday February 18th from 6:00 to 9:00 pm. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Mary's Church, 133 Murray Street on Tuesday February 19, 2013 at 11:00 am followed by cremation. As an expression of sympathy, donations to St. Leonard's Society of Brant would be appreciated.
