I ran across the loss of Jake on Facebook and wanted to say how very sorry I am.
I know it's been years, but I just wanted to express my sympathies-he sounds like he was truly amazing.

Jakey-pooh.. I don't know where to start... This is almost too much for me to wrap my head around. It doesn't feel real.. I keep hoping ill wake up and find out it was all just a terrible nightmare. You were taken too soon.. but your contagious smile and laugh will live on in our hearts. I hope you have found peace and your place with God... and that you help bring peace to your family. Watch over them sweet angel, they need you now more than ever. Protect them and guide them through their journey of life... You are so loved! I'll be seein' you... xoxo

I remember going to Aunt Pats and Uncle Rons and Jake always there, hanging out with Henry. He was so nice. Very welcoming. He will me missed by so many people. We may have lost touch but he was still such a loving person.

I was Jake's dean while he was a student at OPRF. Such an amazing kid. He will definitely be missed. My thoughts and prayers go to the family for this very difficult loss.

I remember Jake as a cute little guy, always smiling, playing outside my home on Lathrop Avenue in FP. God bless you and your family in such a trying and sad time.

I was Jake's counselor at OPRFHS and enjoyed every moment, even the difficult ones, while working with him. He was a kind soul and good human. I will miss you, Jake and my heart aches for the loss of your family.

Jake was a very kind hearted and gentle person. Ive known him most of his life, and he has the same smile and laugh now as he did i when I met him. The type of smile that could brighten a day or make u burst into laughter. He had the most infectious laugh- he could always make me giggle just from him laughing. I taught Jake as a freshman at OPRF. Those of us who taught him here at OPRF are deeply saddened at hearing of the loss of Jake. My thoughts and prayers go out to his family. He was a very polite and kind young man and I will never forget his smile.

I will never forget when i first met Jake... He had such an infectious Smile. He always made me laugh.. He will be greatly missed. Love you Jake.

Not only were you my baby brother, but my best friend. You were here for me when I needed you most. Stepped up and played a huge role in Jisela's life when she needed it the most. I miss our talks and I miss you coming over to visit me and the girls. Jisela and Justina are so blessed to have had an uncle like you. My life has forever changed and I will never be the same again. I love you baby brother and I will see you later. God has a beautiful angel.
