Jackie and I worked together in Petites at Macy's years ago. During that Christmas holiday we worked parallel lines of grumpy shoppers who were tired of having to wait for their turns at the registers. I became Jackie's straight man in a comedy routine that had those in line laughing and speaking to one another by the time they walked away with their purchases. She had an amazing gift, and I'm sure Jackie had them laughing as she stood at heaven's gate. I'm truly sorry for your loss.
