Jacqueline Ann Devins, known affectionately as Jackie, passed away on July 22, 2024, in Arcadia, Florida at the age of 88. Jackie was born and raised in Utica, NY and spent her life exemplifying the virtues of care and love as a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and great-great-grandmother.

Jackie is remembered for her beautiful, welcoming smile and her ability to listen intently, always ready to offer thoughtful advice. Her caring nature left a lasting impact on everyone she met.

She was the beloved wife of the late Paul Devins, who was the love of her life with whom she shared countless cherished moments until his passing. She is survived by her loving family: three daughters Chris (Garth) Livermore, Dotty (Mark) Farrell, Kathy (Jim deceased) Platt and two sons Paul (Maria) Devins, Mark (Sally) Devins, two sisters Gerry Humphrey and Judy Mandel, and two brothers John (Cindy) Allen, Jim (Pam) Allen. Jackie also leaves five grandchildren: Heather (Joe) Padula, Kim (Nate) Lorraine, Sabrina (Jay) Julian, Nick (Jenessa) Devins, Everett Farrell, several great grandchildren and a great- great granddaughter. In addition to her husband Paul, she was preceded in death by her brother Peter Allen, brothers-in-law Terry Humphrey and Joe Mandel and grandson Jayson Julian, Jr.

Jackie's legacy of love and kindness will be cherished and remembered by all who knew her. Her family expresses immense gratitude for the joy and wisdom she brought into their lives. She leaves us with beautiful loving memories and will always be in our hearts forever missed.

The family would like to express sincere appreciation to Jackie's daughter Dotty and husband Mark Farrell for the many years of compassion and loving care. A special thank you for the compassionate care expressed by the staff at Arcadia Oaks Facility Arcadia, Florida.

Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.
