As you 56th birthday approaches, I'm not sure how to handle that day yet. I know you are still with me, I can feel your presence. I only hope I can be half the person to my daughter, your granddaughter, as you were to me Mom.

A POEM
Do not stand at my grave and weep
I am not there; I do not sleep.
I am a thousand winds that blow,
I am the diamond glints on snow,
I am the sun on ripened grain,
I am the gentle autumn rain.
When you awaken in the morning's hush
I am the swift uplifting rush
Of quiet birds in circled flight.
I am the soft stars that shine at night.
Do not stand at my grave and weep,
I am not there; I do not sleep.
By Mary Elizabeth Frye

Love you,
Marie and Danny

Jackie You will be missed by many over at the "Big House." You were amongst the first group of people I began working with in 074. I remember you telling me all about your son and how proud you were of him. You were a wonderful person to work with and had such a patience about you in training others. The later years were rough on you health wise, and you struggled and fought a hard battle. May you now rest in God's hands and struggle nor suffer no more.

My time with Jackie goes back to when she coached baseball at Interbay Little League with my former husband, Ed Thomas, and later times that Jackie and I would meet up to play steak shoot at the American Legion 138. Though I haven't seen a lot of Jackie in recent years, she will always be in my heart. She had such dedication and devotion to her son, Ronnie, as I have ever seen in a mother - she loved him with her entire being. Jackie will be missed -
