Published by Legacy Remembers on Jun. 8, 2024.
Jacqueline Rose St. Hilaire (Jackie) 91,

Completed her worldly journey on May 24th 2024 and now has ascended into the heavens where peace, joy and restored health will be cast upon her by our heavenly father. Jackie was born on August 28th, 1932 to Constance (Marietta) and Joseph Bessette. She was born and raised in Waterbury and graduated from Wilby High School. She later married and settled down in Bristol to raise her family of five children, Deborah, Robert, Richard, Cynthia, and Joseph, along with 5 step-children, one of whom she remained close to (Alan). Jackie worked for many years as a quality control manager at Quality Coils in Bristol, then on to Waldbaum's Food Mart in Bristol. She also worked for Hoffnagel Associates preparing taxes during tax season for many years until she retired. After retirement, Jackie volunteered her time preparing taxes at the Bristol public library, and also volunteered at the Bristol Senior center on a regular basis. In addition to her 5 children and 5 step-children, Jackie leaves behind 11 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, and 5 great-great grandchildren. Jacqueline was preceded by her parents Joseph Bessette, Constance and Jacob Cimino (Stepfather) Brothers, Jacob Cimino, Robert and William Bessette. Jackie will be forever remembered and cherished, and our wish is for her to find joy, restored health, comfort and peace in Paradise with our Savior Jesus Christ.

A graveside memorial service will be held for Jacqueline on June 10th at 11am.
