Mamma Dos,mother to all, that was Jackie. She seemed to love her children's friends as if they were her own. She became the ultimate mom.Jackie fostered each of her extended flock to reach their own potential. Her leadership skills were evident in the success of the Humboldt Harmonaires. As director, she dismissed the notion that her position should be filled by a man. when told that she, a woman, could not be director, she ammended the paperwork to read "Jack E. Edmondson",her tennure as director proved the adage that if you wanted a job done right, one should "Hire a Woman",love you Mom

I am sure she is making music still. I'm sure Bill and Mike have already joined in .

Jacki was a mentor to so many of us. She took people in, fed them, housed them and shared her wisdom and humor with them. I was one of the fortunate people to know Jacki. While she was not a fan of "woman's lib" she certainly was a pioneer for woman's rights. We are all better people because of her. She will live on in our stories (and there are lots of those!) and in our hearts. Safe journey Jacki.

To Jacki's family: I was very sorry to hear about Jacki. She was a person that once you had met her she was close to your heart forever. We had some wonderful times with Worthington PTA and campfire girls.I always enjoyed her sense of humor and musical talent.my thoughts are with you,Joan Stockhoff

Our sincere sympathy to the family. Jackie was an inspiration to me while I was associate with the Redwood Chapter Sweet Adelines as she always had a smile and a good word for everyone. Jacke surely left a large hole in many lives. May God find a great choir for her to direct. Our love and prayers for all of you.

I'm very sorry to hear Jacki passed away. She was my mom's (Dessa Faulks) best freind from when Jacki lived on Cummings Road by us. I have very fond membries of Jackie from my childhood years and since my mom's passing have often thought of Jackie and remembered the fun her and her family and mine had together. My heart felt sympathy to her family. Jackie was a special woman.
