Jacquelyn Evans

Jacquelyn "Jackie" Evans (White), age 82, passed away peacefully on April 21, 2025, in Osceola, Indiana.

Born on January 26, 1943, Jackie lived a life marked by dedication to family, hard work, and a joyful spirit that touched everyone around her. Jackie along with her husband, Chuck owned Baugo Fishing and Tackle, in Osceola. She built a meaningful career as a Regional Manager for Casey's General Store. Her professional journey reflected both her leadership and her love for community.

A longtime member of Osceola United Methodist Church, Jackie found strength and fellowship in her faith. Her devotion extended beyond the church walls into every aspect of life-especially within her family. Jackie is survived by her children, Sean Evans, Rachel Evans-Tribble, and Daniel (Elizabeth) Evans, and a PROUD grandma to Peyton Tribble. She also shared a close bond with her brother Kevin Henry.

Jackie's home was always filled with warmth-the scent of something delicious baking in the oven or simmering on the stove was never far away. She had a deep love for cooking and baking, often sharing meals that brought her family together. Whether tending lovingly to her flowers or mowing the back "40," Jackie found joy in simple pleasures and took pride in caring for her surroundings.

She was an avid reader who cherished quiet moments with a good book. Jackie was equally known for her vibrant sense of humor and infectious positivity. Her kindness knew no bounds; she offered comfort, laughter, and unwavering support to those fortunate enough to know her.

More than anything else, Jackie was a devoted wife, parent, and grandma whose legacy lives on through the family she nurtured and the countless friends whose lives she enriched. Her memory will continue to inspire LOVE, laughter, and compassion in all who carry it forward.

In keeping with her wishes, there will be no formal service.
