Jacques BENSIMON

It is so sad to loose a man of his calibre that early in age... He accomplished so much in his field within the National film Board .... aI am pretty sure he had more to do and say when he retired, that his loss is a loss not only for his wife, his children, but both the community at large and the sepharadic in particular.... However, I am glad that he was able to finish his book to appear soon about his childhood. It will help us connect and enrich our lives with our roots..... Renee Ohayon Azoulay

Jacques had a very profound influence on me, as he had with so many others. I am richer for having know him, saddened he is no longer with us.

May his family be spared further sorrow.
