Jacques was just an amazing soul. He found humor is just about anything and always looking at things from a positive point of view. His love for life, for Annie and his children kept him going, for sure. Blessings and much love

i have loved and admired you for decades, although we didn't have the pleasure of seeing each other often. As a former member if the Royal St. Lawrence Yacht Club, I witnessed your kindness, your attention to detail, and your joie de vivre. I was thrilled to see you again later in life, in another context. When you were around, I always felt safe.

Jacques and his beloved Annie helped me in. Many election campaigns including the 1995 referendum. They gave many many hours of their time as volunteers. Their presence in the committee room always brought a ray of sunshine. Jacques was always helpful and gave me lots of good advice. He was a great help. Condolences to the Galimard family.

I worked with Jacques at the Beaver Club from 1968 until 1971. I recall his invectious laugh and his ability to bring a healthy dose of Gallic humour to brighten our work day. I wish to extend my sincere condolences to all his family. May God grant Jacques His eternal peace.
