Jade was born February 2, 1993, to Frede Frazier and Melanie Burger in Lubbock, TX. She was a student planning on studying photography.
Survivors include her mother, Melanie Burger of Clovis, NM; father, Frede Frazier of Clovis, NM; brother, Nickolas Ornelas of Clovis, NM; sister, Cheyenne Frazier of Clovis, NM; grandparents, Claude and Joanne Burger of Clovis, NM and Kay Frazier of Melrose, NM; four uncles, Jace Burger, Marty Burger, David Frazier, and Gary Frazier; an aunt, Melaney Nicholson; and eight cousins, Bree, Trevor, Dain, Connor, Aide, Caitlyn, Arissa, and Paityn.
