Remembering my brother in law Jim. He was always there to help when needed and I will never forget him. The world seems a little less special without him.

A real gentleman, fondly remembered. He never stopped fighting injustice and never forgot his roots. His presence is sorely missed. His help and advice when my partner was ill was invaluable, even though he was ill himself at the time. We'll miss you Jim (Irn).

I never met you in person Jim but we had a lot of correspondence on forums , you were a truly knowledgeable lad who spoke a lot of sense and I always respected and looked up to you , just found out , so sad , I'll miss reading your posts , to think we only lived within a few miles of each other.

It was with a real but deep sadness that we (Aunty Margaret , Nancy ,James , Robert, Peter,Alex, Michael and Geogre , Hugh , Linda , Theresa, Janis, Karen and Elizabeth Hogg ) learned of Jim's passing , he was a lovely chap and one o nature's Gentlemen , our thoughts are with Ann-Marie David Peter and families. Will be sadly missed
