James Anderson Obituary

Published by Legacy Remembers on Sep. 23, 2023.
Jim left this world with peace surrounded by his children Roni and Destin, and his favorite children Terry (son in law) and Peggy (daughter in law). Jim is preceded in death by his parents Alvin V Anderson and Lorraine (Goodmanson) Anderson, his big brother Bob and the sisters he cherished: Corrine, Sue, Ginger, and Babe. He loved his family with his whole heart and will be dearly missed by children Aronisha & Terry Fredericks, Destin & Peggy Anderson, precious Granddaughter Simone, best friend Dawn Theroux, and beloved Nieces & Nephews. He will be remembered for his unique creativity and humor, and spiritual connection with nature. He loved to be a goofball and revered every living creature. Please tread lightly, reduce, reuse, say I Love You, and drink your milk (it's precious.) To honor Jim, memorials are appreciated to animal or nature related charities.

Thank you to very special caregivers at Brighton Hospice, who brought relief and comfort to Jim and his family.

We feel like we knew Jim through Destin and Peggy because of the way their eyes would twinkle when telling stories about him, how much they liked, loved and admired him, the way a sweet smile would spread across their faces sharing the wonder of his spirit. God bless your family who will understandably miss him very much! Mary Van Kirk - Dyer and families

My Dad´s SOUL came through his smile. There was nothing more valuable to me, besides his wisdom.
