I sure miss Jimmy. One of the nicest guys I’ve ever known.

Jimmy was a friend to everyone. I still think about him often, and its hard to believe hes gone. Those who knew him will always miss him.

Today, Aug.2 2018 I first learned of Jim's death. I was surprised and devastated by his loss I was one of Jim's clients and will remember his sense of humor and dedication to helping his clients. His sense of humor and upbeat nature always kept my spirits high. I referred him to my employees, father and friends because I knew he was an excellent attorney and easy to work with. Jim was a family man who often spoke of his son who then worked with him for 10 year ad continues his practice. Everyone I knew loved this man and will miss his positive attitude, dedication to clients and sense of humor. My heart goes out to his son Jim, all family members, colleagues and clients. He will be missed! You lived a good life Jim and made many friends!

I have known you a very long time, I will miss that smile and laugh. You were a kind warm hearted man and made me feel like you were part of our family. I am heartbroken to hear of your passing. May your family find comfort at this difficult time. Rest In Peace.

Jimmy and I were friends in college. We were a group of about 18 guys, and he was by far the most accepting, supportive and encouraging. In the years since I have met with him periodically, and he was the same great guy. I'll miss him, and I know he will be missed by his family and community.

My deepest sympathies and condolences. My mother and aunt were neighbors of the Bertucci's on Telegraph Road, and thought the world of Jimmy. I also knew Jim both personally and professionally. I had the honor of "facing off" against him in court, over the years. He was a good man and an excellent attorney. God bless.

GONE TO SOON!!! I had the privilege of growing up with Jimmy in Lake Forest and have such great memories of when we were young....riding the endless supply of golf carts they kept in their yard, many touch football games just to name a few.....
He was an exceptional person and will be missed forever by all who knew him.

I would like to extend my heartfelt condolences to Jim's family. I am so sorry to read of his passing. I served with him in the State's Attorney's office, and we were friends for many years thereafter. He shall surely be missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him.
