My 1st car loan was approved by Jim when he worked at Commercial National Bank. Being a single, divorced, but employed young mom with a 1 1/2 yr old was hard & no big bank would approve a loan due to no past credit history. But Jim took a leap of faith & approved my loan. I never defaulted & paid it all back. Because of him, I never had to wait for a bus in the pouring rain or freezing winters, with my child. He had a big heart. He told me that sometimes he just needs to follow his gut instincts about people. I've never forgotten him. RIP, dear Jim.

On behalf of Rich Bejlovec, we just learned of Jimmy's passing and are sending our deepest condolences. My parents and I have very fond memories of the pool parties, pig roasts, and softball games, along with many other shenanigans! My dad always looked forward to the skiing trips, golf outings and visits to Jim's house in Palm Beach Gardens. He sure was one of a kind and we send peace and love to Jim's family.

and from my Mom MaryJean, she said she has very fond memories of many good times and she and Jim shared a saying - "If you have one, I'll have one"
Cheers Jim

Jim was a great friend and golf partner for over 40 years in Downers Grove, Palm Beach Gardens and the Florida Gulf Coast. Always the life of the party - and there were many - pool parties & volleyball games, 4th of July, Bears games. He was a devoted dad and granddad who also cherished the friendship we shared. Rest in peace, Jim . Peter & Nancy Venice

Jim was a wonderful man and I had the pleasure of meeting him through his brother, Tony. Very sad to hear of his passing.

Jim, Christina and Michael (and families)
I´m so sorry to hear of your dad´s passing. I hope his years in Florida was all he wanted them to be.
I know he looked forward to spending time with his brother.
Jim was so proud of all of you, talked endlessly about you and I´m sure he loved his grandchildren the same way.
I worked with Jim 20 years at the bank.
Prayers for all of you.
