Great Physician.. He was always so caring for the patients and highly respected by the Staff at Providence Hospital ER. I worked in Radiology and he always appreciated my efforts as a Technologist. I am so glad I got to know and work with him. Thank You for posting . Remembering Him always. Joseph R Thompson

"Uncle Ewart" was my Canadian uncle from 1964 when Dad joined his practice. I can still hear the ticking of the clocks at the house on Doner Street, happy memories of two trips to Alabama and my last visit to him in Whitby a few years ago where we reminisced about the farm in Meaford and time spent visiting there with my family when I was little.

My condolences to the family. I was delivered by Dr. Charters on his birthday back in 1962! Every birthday I have I've always thought about the kind doctor who brought me into the world. That was at Stevenson Memorial Hospital in Alliston. I'm glad that Dr. Charters lived a long and good life. My thanks to you Dr. Charters for giving me mine. God Bless you.
