Add memories that will last forever

Not sure what to say?

Some of my favorite memories from childhood are of Jim and his family visiting us. I remember Uncle Charles telling shaggy dog stories that made my folks moan with amusement while I tried to understand what was so funny. Most of all I loved Jim's arrival--my great big, older, tall cousin who gave me piggyback rides. I am sure many people were lucky enough to have his shoulders support them throughout the years, and he will be missed as much as the joys of childhood.

Fay, I was so sorry to read of Jim's passing. I only knew him briefly from being in the agency andd being at your home, but he was always outgoing and friendly. Please know you and your kids are in my prayers. Loss of a spouse after so many years is a terrible thing, but time heals all things and God was calling him home and he had to go. You will meet again some day, and know that you can talk to him anytime and he will hear you. I still talk to Ed and ask him to help me out all the time and its almost seven years since he went home to God. All my love, thoughts and prayers.

Sorry to hear about Jim's passing. I will miss the time we played golf together and the times we shared at the West Shore Elks. He was always talking about you,the family and the great times everyone share at Cape Cod.
He really cherished these moments because of all the time he missed with the family because of his job. He will be your special guardian angel from above. God Bless!!

The stories of the Chidester branch of the Schrand tree are always so colorful. Jim certainly expressed this affiliation with charm and gusto. We are so lucky to have known him and will remember him smilingly. Peace.

I did not keep in touch with Jim and Faye as much as I should have, but know that I consider Jim one of the most honest and kind loving persons I have met in my career. He brought me into AWI and helped me grow as a person. I am sure he will be missed, but never forgotten. Our sympathies and prayers go out to Faye and family.
