I will cherish all the memories that I have of Jim, the laughter and all those stories. I was one of the lucky ones whom had the privilege to work for him and will be forever thankful. I will miss him so much, all my love to entire Clark family.

Jim has always been a huge part of the Richardson's lives! I was only 7yrs old when he joined the AGPD so I really cannot remember a day when the Clarks weren't in my life. He was a great man and I loved and respected him very much! He will be missed greatly! My thoughts and prayers go out to Nancy, Craig and family and Chris and family!

Jim was a wonderful man. I enjoyed knowing him the years I worked for City of Arroyo Grande. He helped me with my teenage son. His kindness and great smile will be missed.

Jim will always been in my heart as a friend, a community leader and mentor. A true gentleman.
