My heartfelt sympathies go out to the family and friends during this difficult time. I hope that the promise in 1 Thessalonians 4:14 can bring comfort. Knowing that there's a hope for the ones we have lost in death can be so reassuring.

I am very sorry for your lost. I can imagine how heartbreaking it is to lose a loved one, but its uplifting to know that God promises us in Isaiah 65:17 a near future in which not only we wont feel this horrid pain in our hearts when we lose a loved one, but we wont even remember how it felt.

Ed and Jim's family, we send our thoughts and prayers. And I am happy to have been able to reunite him and my dad who were childhood friends, from grade school through Weaver High School and after. . He and my dad are now looking down at us and smiling.
