James DiBERNARDO Obituary
93, of North Tonawanda, died at Millard Fillmore Hospital on April 21, 2021. Husband of Teresa C. (nee Malone) DiBernardo; loving father of Dale DiBernardo, David (Martin Graafland) DiBernardo and Diane DiBernardo; brother of Flora DiMatteo (the late Gino), Gabriel (Beverly) DiBernardo, Anthony "Tony" (Geri) DiBernardo, and the late Nicoletta Heider, Vena DiBernardo (Camille); also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins. Friends received by the family on Sunday, April 25, 2021 from 2-6 PM, at the Brunner Funeral Home, 156 Robinson St., North Tonawanda. A Mass of Christian Burial will be on Monday, at 10:00 AM, at St. Jude the Apostle Parish, 990 Niagara Falls Blvd., North Tonawanda. Entombment with Military Honors will follow at Mt. Olivet Cemetery, Resurrection Mausoleum. James retired from the City of North Tonawanda where he was the City Building Inspector for over 30 years. Additionally, Jim was a proud WWII Marine Corps Veteran, member of the Renaissance Club and Knights of Columbus Madonna Council. He was an avid golfer and poker player, fearless golf ball hunter, and was loved by all.
