James Winford Dobson

Jim was not only a tremendous athlete, but such a wonderful, humble gentleman. Our paths crossed in high school when I was at Southeast and Jim at Capitol Hill, but then we were teammates on the OSU 1959 team. He put on a power display in the College World Series that I'll never forget, and received the much deserved honor of being named Most Valuable Player. As always he accepted it in his usual humble manner. May God be with all the family members as give them peace.
