James passed away on Saturday, July 9, 2016. James was a resident of West Haven, Connecticut at the time of his passing. He served in the US Navy during the Vietnam era. He was married to Toni. Visitation will take place on SUNDAY from 3 to 6 pm at the West Haven Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Fisher House co Creed Law Firm PO Box 575 Bristol CT. 06010.

80's and 90's.

God! I'm so sorry! to hear of Jim's passing.. Wow! what a guy! We were in high school together those were the day's and he had the same statement back then Car's, Car's and Girl's Ha! Always had a hello for everyone that knew him. Last time I saw Jim he was in a wheel chair.. I had to hold back the tear's because he was so active with his car's and friends and most important Family! He's in God's hand and at Peace! Jimmy Ballard
