My brother was 9 years older than me and taught me everything good about being a man. He introduced me to music, which turned out to be my 1st choice for a career and I know every word and beat to nearly every classic rock song! He took me to "father/sons" events. I followed his path and went into the Navy. He was my hero, my friend, my mentor. To say I will miss him is not enough....
Sherri and I enjoyed the "winter" breaks from Minnesota that we got to spend with Jim and Cindy, the tours of Texas, the Alamo and the margaritas!

"If I leave here tomorrow would you still remember me? For I must be Traveling on now, 'cause there's too many places I've got to see" ...."cause I'm as free as a bird now"

I will remember you brother always and pray you're catching up with with Mom, Dad, and Royanne.

Cindy, Adam & Carrie...if ever you need me, I'll be there.

We will always remember this marvelous and vibrant man. He could light up a room, and he was always wonderful company. We will miss Jim terribly, but we must always be grateful for the lovely memories made with him through the years, and smile. Jim will live in our hearts always. He was one of our greatest joys.

And a toast you, our friend!

We enjoyed a cherished, incredibly wonderful friendship with Jim & Cindy, Adam & Carrie, for 37 years. Jim was kind, creative, alive, and very wise...and was a character that had character. He was an extremely honorable man and a loving husband who adored Cindy, his children, their spouses & grand-children. Jim's trustworthiness, along with his irreverent humor and honesty, will be sorely missed. He was a loved, best friend, whose memories will live forever, as will our love for him.

Toasting back to you, our friend!!

We just heard the sad news from my brother Wayne and we're so sorry for your loss. When we visited with Wayne & Kathleen, Gary would play tennis with Wayne & Jim and really enjoyed those times. I have a necklace that Jim made for my Mom & Dad (Janet & Tom)that I see every day from where it hangs on my dresser mirror. They really enjoyed all the special occasions when they got to visit with Jim & Cindy. We hope all your fond memories will help ease your sadness.
