Born Sept. 16, 1925, in Danville, IL, he was a son of Clinton M. and Constance Watson File. He was a 1943 graduate of Indiana (PA) High School and then studied at Carnegie Mellon University, the University of Chicago, and graduated from the University of Pittsburgh Medical School in 1951 with a medical degree. Dr. File began his medical career as an intern at the Reading (PA) Hospital and then as a resident at the former Mercer (PA) Cottage Hospital. September 5, 2014

I am so sorry about the death of Dr. File. I rejoice that as fellow believers in Christ, we will see him again. I am so proud to know such a wonderful family. Carol and Art and their boys are precious to us. It is through them that we got to know these fine people. Dr. And Mrs. File leave behind a legacy of great love and faith. God bless each of you! Dr. And Mrs. File: I will be seeing you both. Katie Casella
