To the Flowers Family - words cannot express what Bishop Flowers meant to the Lee Family. He was much more than a Pastor, Minister, and/or Bishop. The spiritual wars that he, your Mom, Deacon and Mother Lee fought together is material made for TV and/or Movie. My sincerest apology for not being able to be there in person to show my love, but please believe me, that his passing is hurtful. The four of them have gone on to hold Church in His Kingdom, and I am sure that not only is the Bishop giving a dynamic Sermon, but he is making the Angels "fall out in the aisle" as he sings, in the manner that only he could, Peace In The Valley, On The Banks of Jordan, and others. May Our Lord and Savior continue to mightily Bless and care for you and it is my humble prayer that you allow Him to be there for you. As for me, I am only a call away. We love you much more than you know. Be Blessed. Be a Blessing. Be safe. As Dad, Deacon Lee, faithfully lived and said, "God Is". Isai'aa, Nicholas, Maria, and Dallas R. Lee, Jr.

Pastor James Flowers was a man of God who loved the Lord. I had several occasions hearing him preach and sing with his daughters. He was a man of God concerned about the saints souls and to those who were not saved. The Lord used him to bring the word of God to people under the anointing of the Holy Spirit. I love the song RIDE OUT THE STORM. I will miss him and his presence. Praise God he's gone to a better place. Hallelujah! May God give strength to the family to endure this time of lost. My prayers are with you.

My condolences to the family for the loss of Bishop Flowers. I've had the pleasure of meeting and listening to him at some Shinning Star services. Bishop Flowers always appeared to be a kind and loving man of God and one who cared deeply for the community. I can only envision him smiling at us now because he's in the ultimate community in Heaven with our Lord and Savior, exactly where he wanted to be one day. I pray that knowing he's in the right place helps his family, friends and congregation during this time. May God bless you all.
