Dear Charlotte,

First, you are in my thoughts and parayers, I am sorry for your loss of an awsome husband and friend. Jim was such a "special" person he will be missed. May all your memories bring you comfort in the time to come. Please keep in touch and know that you are much loved.

We are sorry to hear of Jims passing.Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family at this time.

I owe my education to Mr. Gabbard. Without him, I would have never finished High School let alone College. He was one of the most caring and understanding people I have ever met in any school system. He was a fine man. My prayers are with you and I hope your memories comfort you.

Charlotte I am sorry for your loss Jim was my superintendent. I went to Medora High School. he always had a smile on his face. May Gob Bless you and your family.

Charlotte, Jim was always one of my favorite administrators. Jim always had a smile for everyone, and treated everyone as he would want to be treated. Our prayers and thoughts are with you and the family. May God bless and comfort you.
