James Galloway Obituary

March 16, 2004 Mr. James O. Galloway, 67, of Syracuse, died March 16, 2004, in Leesburg, FL. A native and life resident of Syracuse, Mr. Galloway was a forklift driver for Crouse Hinds for 33 years, retiring in 1992. He was a member of the Delaware Baptist Church, Syracuse Turners, Moose Club of Baldwinsville, American Legion Post #1361, Eagles of Leesburg, FL, and the Sportsmen Club of Pulaski and a veteran of the U.S. Army. Survived by his wife, Monica M. Galloway of Syracuse; one daughter, Christine L. Galloway of Rochester; three sons: James M. and Michael J. Galloway of Syracuse and John C. Galloway of Nappa Valley, CA; stepfather, Roy A. Upham of Seneca Knolls, NY; four grandchildren. Graveside services will be at the convenience of the family at Valley Cemetery in Syracuse. Contributions: Unity Church of Today, 300 West Seneca Turnpike, Syracuse, NY 13207. Arrangements are being handled by Keegan-Osbelt-Knight Funeral Home, 900 N. Salina Street, Syracuse, NY 13208.
