Dear Linda, Kyle and Kevin,

Although I never had the pleasure of meeting you - I did have the pleasure of knowing your Jim through the Beth Emeth Synagogue. Jim was my buddy - and I always looked forward to seeing him here - he knew all the regulars by name, their lives, their stories - always helped everyone - whether it was parking cars - or letting you know that your tire was flat! He was a friend, a good listener and even better talker! He always had a great story. When I would pull into the lot in the mornings I used to scan the lot for his black truck - and if I saw it - it put a smile on my day - because I knew I would have a laugh with Jim. He always made my day a little brighter - his light is gone much too soon - he is truly missed - but never forgotten.

Linda, Kyle and Kevin I am so sorry for your loss. Uncle Jim always had a funny story or a kind word for me. I wish I could have been there with you and your family today. Stay safe and may you find strength in each other and in those who loved him. All my love Meachel

We are so very sorry for your loss Linda, Kevin, Kyle and Molson. Jim was a great neighbour. He always made time for a wave across the road, chats, advice and help whenever we needed it. He had a great presence. We have missed seeing him the last few months and now we know why. May God rest his soul and give comfort to all of you and Jim's mother and siblings. God bless!

Jim was a wonderful neighbour. We enjoyed our brief chats while walking our dog through the complex with Taylor enjoying a pat, the occassional cookie and sometimes a visit with Molson. We have noticed and missed his presence lately and want to extend our condolences to his family.

We send our deepest sympathy to the family. Jim was a great neighbour and willing to help if he could. When we took our evening stroll around the complex we could always count on a joke or two from Jim. He always came across as a very happy man. Gail & Dave Gibbons

Dear Jim, I am going to miss you so much. Remember when you and I used to smoke and drink in the garage together when we first met? And do you remember when you, Gary and I laughed like fools up at the cottage one night? I recall you telling me I was your favourite sister-in-law, and I cheerfully claimed that title! You were a determined man to end the battle within you, and I'm proud of how brave and strong you were with the determination of it all. Your Father and brothers must be building something pretty special up there to have the need to call for your supervisory help. And so my favourite Guglick brother-in-law, we shared our goodbyes, and until we meet again, God Bless you. I luv yuh! Love Glo

I am so very sorry. Jim helped me out so much as a neighbour. He gave great advice as a friend. He shared jokes that were actually funny and made me laugh.
He was a very intelligent man and was always willing to help anyone that needed it. This all happened way too fast. It was good that he was not alone.
It's hard for me knowing that I will never see him when I drive into my driveway. Yes, I will miss Jim.
My thoughts have been and still are with you ... Linda, Kyle, Kevin and even Molson.
