Miss you every day my friend. Our deep discussions on the environment, the worlds politician's failings and the great times we had fishing and wing shooting. You will always be an inspiration to me.

I met Jim as a client in 1994 and guided him fishing and game viewing in the South African eastern lowveld. We became firm friends and he returned a few years later where I guided him again..this time bird shooting, game viewing and salt water fly fishing and trolling. Again we had the most amazing three weeks together. Our ability to debate, long into the night, were precious times for me...as were the times we just laughed and learned so much from one another.Our shared passion for the hunter gatherer tribes that have been all but decimated, the perfection of nature, the moods of the seasons, the smell of a wet lab and of a lit pipe...man I miss you Jim.
