I call Arlene Harrington Wolff one of my best friends. I've been blessed to hear many of the stories that were shared in Jim's obituary. My heart goes out to the family and friends that will feel the whole that this man has left. On the other hand I see years of stories and memories being shared as his legacy continues

My condolences to the family of Jim. I was sorry to hear of his passing. I worked for the Maso Co. Sheriff Dept from 1974 thru 1977 and spent many nights working with Jim. He was one tough guy, but also full of fun. We shared many laughs together. May he rest in peace.
