Not a day goes by that I don't think of you or talk to you, or about you. You are my Hero and I strive to be the Man that you were and taught me to be. I hope that I am making you proud. Love you to no end

James was a cool guy and always had something uplifting to say. He was my sister Carrie Belle Sutton´s and my brother Andrew Ford´s cousin on their´Mon´s side of the family. James was well loved and is greatly missed. Rest well my brother

It took me a few days to write this but I want you to know that I love you with all my heart and always will. As a child you were my super hero and still are to this day! I have always tried to live up to your expectations and I have done my best to honor the Harris name. I sit here and remember the times we spent in California when all the rest of the family had moved back down south. We would sit and watch sports and talk about everything. Those were such great times.You have left so many awesome memories for me and Lupe that will never fade away.

Thanks for all that you did over the years, you worked 2 jobs sixteen hours a day so that your family could live a decent life in a safe environment. You never complained a bit. Thanks for all that you have done, Even though I never had any children if I would have I would done my best to have been a father like you to my children. I am gong to miss you.

I hope I have made you as proud of me as you made me proud to call you father. Until we meet again! Rest in peace daddy! I love you.

To the family, I am so sorry for your loss. As you look back on James' life and the fond memories you have of him, cherish those moments and allow them to serve as comfort to you.
