Jim was an amazing man. He was our air conditioner guy for over 35 years. You know what Jim was much more than an air conditioner guy, even though we only saw him a few times a year he became part of our family
the last time we were together, which was last fall, I said oh Jim, give me the easiest thermostat in the world. I don´t want anything fancy just something simple. I want to turn off and on, and you know what he gave me the simplest thermostat and I turn it off and on, several times a week and I think of him every single time
Jim will always be a part of our family and always be in our hearts
Jim was truly remarkable man !!!

I will be forever grateful to Jim for providing a good life for my mom, giving our daughters their first paid jobs, and trusting me with his business bookkeeping when I was a brand-new accountant. I will miss his sense of humor and generosity to all...and, of course, his singing! He is in the arms of Jesus now. May his memory be eternal.
