Sending our deepest condolences to the Hartigan family, and especially Aunt Ann. We loved Uncle Jimmy and always enjoyed seeing him when he came East. Helen Kalpakjian was my mother and they had a very special bond, she was so very proud of him. They shared the Irish gift of Blarney--I remember how she loved to tell the tale of picking splinters out of him the time he fell off his bike at the velodrome. I also remember his amazement when I told him that the old bikes with no gears or brakes are popular again in Brooklyn! May his love for all of you live on in your hearts.
With our sincere sympathies,
Craig Kalpakjian & Carol Greene
