I found a Hammond's Standard World Atlas from 1949 with a document containing Mr. James R Hartley's name and Mrs. Betty J Hartley. I found the book at McKays in Knoxville, and currently reside in Jefferson City. From the reading, it seems Mr. Hartley was a great man who achieved much in his life. God bless!

I met Jim as a member of the Kerbela Legion of Honor and we have attended many Shrine parades together. He was a very bright spot in everyone life he came in contact with. He will be missed by his friends in the Legion of Honor and other Masonic Orders. A man one could proudly say was a good and faithful friend.
