Dear Kathy and Family, I still have such good memories from the summer of '81 when I got to know you and my visit to Erie in 84. I still often think of you and I was sorry to hear that Jim passed away. I'll remember him for his kindness and for being an inspiration. I worked for 3 years as Dr. Hoffman's dental assistant back in the early 70's. He was the best boss/teacher that I ever had the pleasure of working for. I learned so many things about dentistry from him. He spoke everyday about his family. I am so sorry to hear of his passing.
