James Jeffries Obituary

James Joseph "Boo" Jeffries Jr. age 47 died at Winchester Medical Center, Winchester, on Oct. 15, 2006. He was born on Oct. 17, 1958, in Manassas, Va., to the late James Joseph and Shirley (nee Belvins) Jeffries Sr. He is survived by his wife, Marguerite Tavel of Front Royal; three children, Barbara Joy Newcome of Charlottesville, Wendi Sue Hull of Manassas and Mary Louise Farren of Berryville, Va.; four sisters; two brothers; seven grandchildren and one great-grandson. The family will receive friends on Thursday, Oct. 19, 2006, at Pierce-Price Funeral Home, 9609 Center St., Manassas, Va., from 10 a.m. to noon. Funeral Services will follow at the funeral home at noon with the Rev. Samuel Payne. Interment is private A memorial contribution may be made in the form of a donation to: James Joseph Jeffries Jr. Burial fund c/o Marguerite Tavel, 429 S. Shenandoah Ave., Front Royal, VA 22630.
