In memory of
July 19, 2011
Dear Elizabeth,Lori Jessica and Amy,
I am saddened to learn of the passing of your husband (Father) Jim. My heart goes out to you all during this difficult time. Life-so fragile, Loss-so sudden, Heart-so broken, in the wake of such a loss we may be haunted by things we don't and may never understand. Yet the solace we seek may not come from answers. So we look for comfort in the belief of love's everlasting connection. May the love of Jim lift you and hold you close, and give you peace. Those we hold closest to our hearts never truly leave us. They live on in the kindest they have shared and the love they have brought into our lives. May you be comforted by the memories of Jim(Dad) you will carry forever in your hearts. You are all in my thoughts and prayers.
In friendship and hearfelt sympathy-Ruth Shine

I'm so sad that I will never have the opportunity to meet the man who raised such a wonderful daughter in Jessica. He, along with his wife, must have taught her the compassion, professionalism, and calmness that she brings to her work every day. My prayers are for your comfort during this awful time of loss.

I grew up with Jim for the first 15 years of my life. He was 2 years older than me and not only was he a role model but a true friend. Growing up in New Britain with the Kalinowskis helped me to understand the meaning of "Greatest generation".
