James David Krieger

I am far away in California and unable to travel due to meningitis. but I will miss his wry wit as my next youngest brother. I took David to the guitar factory here in San Diego when he,his boys and nephew Jon last came out here in 2001. David was gob-smacked at the hundreds of Carvin guitars and bought himself a new one at cost. He was like a child on Christmas morning, I wish I could buy him another bass guitar right now to hear from the sky during every thunderstorm. I am heart-broken God bless you brother...I know you are in heaven.

I was a lifelong friend of David Krieger, he was like family, 3 doors down, I watched him play his music and raise his kids..we jammed a hundred times. It is huge loss, he was an extremely gifted, talented musician...one of a kind. My sincerest condolences to the family during this tremendous loss.

I did not see David in recent years, but knew him well the first thirty or so years of my life. I remember sitting in back " jam" room, many nights and witnessed how he evolved as a guitar player...he was a natural. David gave me a violin, which is still one of my prized possessions. My condolences to all of the Krieger family.

Having known David since I was 12 yrs old I feel a great loss of a great friend as if I had lost one of my own family. Condolences to all of the Krieger family from Patsy and myself. I will say a prayer for your comfort.
