Aunt Cindy and Family,
I'm so sorry for your loss. My prayer is that God will bless you all and give you a peace that only he can give. I stopped by mom and dads grave today (Ed and Katie Kinder) and thought to myself that now they have more family with them in Heaven. It made me sad but that's the one place that we should all long to be. We'll see them again one day. God bless us all until we meet them again one day. Love and prayers being sent your way. Love, Pamela Payne

I worked with James for a couple of years prior to his retirement. He was well liked and his humor was enjoyed by all. He set a good example and was always willing to assist his fellow officers. He will be missed.
