James "Jim" Like, 82, of Canon City, Colorado, a U.S. Armed Forces veteran of World War II, a correctional supervisor for the Colorado Department of Corrections from 1966 until his retirement in 1985, died in Canon City on Tuesday, December 5, 2000. Viewing is scheduled for Thursday, December 7, 2000, until 5 p.m., at Wilson-Andrews Funeral Home & Crematory, 1449 South 9th Street, Canon City. Further visitation is scheduled for Friday, December 8, until noon, at the funeral home. Funeral services are scheduled for Friday, 2 p.m., at United Presbyterian Church, officiated by Pastor Jack Crosby. Burial will be at Lakeside Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations are appreciated to Friends of Hospice, Fremont County, P.O. Box 1796, Canon City, CO 81215-1796. Arrangements entrusted to Wilson-Andrews Funeral Home & Crematory, Canon City, Colorado.
