Services are on Saturday, May 10, 2014, at 10 a.m. from First Timothy Baptist Church, 215 Chancellor Ave., Newark, N.J. The viewing is on Saturday, May 10, 2014, from 8 to 10 a.m. at the church. Interment is at Heavenly Rest Memorial Park, East Hanover, N.J. Send condolences to www.perryfuneralhome.com.
James is survived by his loving mother, Mamie Williams; brother, Darren Linton; two sisters, Tawana Ferguson and Joy Pierce, and a host of other relatives and friends.

I meet Jimmie at Macy's about 3 yrs ago. I needed help finding a shirt and tie to wear for Easter. His eye to match up colors began a friendship between an employee and costumer. I called Jimmie "My Personal Fashion Consultant" Every time I went to Macy's I looked for Jimmie. He was one of the nicest person you could ever meet with a humble spirit. To his family I prayer the our Father in Heaven will comfort and strengthen you heart during this time. Jimmie you rest until we meet again you rest.

May you R.I.P. Jymi know that you will be missed. You where a true friend. Your warm heart, your joy, your smile, your angelic voice, your laughter, and style. We all loved you but GOD loved you best. Until that GREAT DAY when we all shall meet up, get your rest cause it's going to be a party where we shall Dance the night away, no matter sadness, no more heartache, no more sickness, and the joy will never end.
