We had the pleasure of meeting Jim for the first time at our niece Laura's ( Bruen) wedding to his son Rob. He was truly an articulate man that was very compassionate about his family and had a terrific sense of humor. He will be missed by all but may the memories you shared help you through this difficult time. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all and especially his beautiful wife Joan.

Jim and I go back to his days as the head of the real estate
department at Con Edison.
He was very knowledgeable about its real estate holdings and
was always very responsive to my inquires.
I remember our talks about Notre Dame, football, and his time with the Dodger organization.
My condolences to the family. Steve Freidus
