My sympathy to the Jamison Family! Having been a member of the 1968 Ohio Wildlife Officers Training class along with Pat, I remember his humorous side and serious side. I worked Meigs Co. For approx. 9 yrs. and had numerous night deer shining projects with our unit which included Pat. I will always remember his dedication to our work and dependability when needed to complete a job. His humor always showed through . I remember a daytime road shooting project. As we stopped at various locations along township roads , we noticed numerous cattle and horses off in a distance field. Pat put his hands over his mouth to mimic a cow or horse . Those cattle and horses came running to us which brought a big laugh to both of us. I remember many other fun events with Pat. May he Rest In Peace and memories of him will remain with me until my day of final rest comes to me . !!!

I'm so sorry to learn of the passing of Pat. He was one memorable character and I could tell so many stories about his days as a Wildlife Officer. I worked with Pat at the Division of Wildlife and my husband John (Athens Co. Wildlife Officer) spent many hours working with him. They were great friends. It is so heartwarming to see the names of his children, stepchildren, and grandchildren. He certainly left a wonderful legacy. Rest in Peace, Pat. You were loved by many.
