My favorite shirt he used to wear said, " will work for chocolate." So I still remember Jim when I see chocolate. He was a wonderful person who is missed greatly.

Jim,
Words cannot describe the wonderful person you were or the impact you have made in my life and all those who you helped heal. You were a bright light that even death cannot distinguish and your legacy of love, grace, and generosity will continue to illuminate the hearts of those of us left behind.
Thank you for all the time you spent listening and guiding me closer to our Lord.
To Jim's family I extend my deepest condolences.

I am so sorry for your family's loss, and of our dear friend, Jim, but I know that I am a better person for having met Jim even though it was just a phone meeting. He truly touched every life he came in contact with in a wonderful, miraculous, way. There wasn't a selfish bone in his body, and he treated everybody with respect. I pray for Jim's soul but I gotta tell you that I am so confident that he is headed in the right direction, that I am asking for his prayers too (since he is now closer to God). Every time I think about Jim it is either in tears, because I miss him, or shaking my head and laughing at his great humor, or lovingly about the way that he served God. Rest in peace, dear Jim Patton. You will be missed!

I worked for Jim many years ago at GTE (Sylvania). He was such a kind soul who treated everyone with respect. I admired that quality in him not even knowing then what a faithful man he was. Blessings to his loved ones.

Dad, You are a man of great wisdom and taught me so much, but, you NEVER taught me how to live without you. I'm the most Blessed daughter in the whole world to have such a God Fearing dad as you. I love you, and I miss you more than life itself. You were so full of Love, Joy, Peace, Patience, Kindness, Goodness, Faithfulness, Gentleness and Self-Control. You are surely a Servant of God. My heart is broken in a million little pieces. I will forever Love You, and Miss You, until we meet again. Give Mom Hugs and Kisses for me. See You Soon, Your Loving Daughter ~ Deanna

Jim will always be a good friend of mine. He cared for people , and tried to help in any way he could. He never had any agenda other than being a good Christian . He will not be unfamiliar when he crosses the threshold of the Gates of Heaven . He and I had some great talks , I will never forget him. RIP Good and faithful servant , come into the kingdom I have prepared for you , we will see you again .
