James P. Scully

James Patrick JP Scully of North Weymouth, died Dec. 2, 2013. JP grew up in North Weymouth, graduating from Weymouth North High School, Class of 1972. He later lived in Plymouth before moving back to North Weymouth. He worked for over 5 years in parts delivery at Weymouth Honda where he had many friends. He could often be found enjoying car rides or at the beach. He will be sadly missed. He was the devoted father of Christopher Scully of Middleboro and Danielle Scully of Fla. Beloved son of the late James P. Scully Jr. and Rita (Maconochie) Scully. Loving brother of Michael Scully and his wife Susan of Rockland and Margaret Scully of Weymouth. Cherished Gimpy of Catherine Sullivan. Dear nephew of Jo-an Hamilton of Weymouth and Gail Maconochie of West Virginia. Also survived by nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend the visiting hours Friday 4-8 p.m. in the McDonald Keohane Funeral Home, at 40 Sea Street (off Rte. 3A-Bicknell Sq.), North Weymouth. Relatives and friends will gather in the funeral home at 10 a.m. Saturday prior to the funeral Mass in St. Jerome Church, Weymouth, at 11 a.m. Burial at a later date.
