Mary & Family

My family and I are so sorry about Jimmy. My mom, his Aunt Lorraine loved him very much. He was one of the best people we have ever known. When my father passed away he sat with my mother at our house and that is really the only person she remembers being there with her. I will always thank him for being there for her. Our prayers our with you all.

Jim was a good role model for myself and his younger brother Joe while we were in high school at Sac High. He was a friend to my family during our years in Sacramento. I've always considered myself part of the Sheldon family.

Mary, Joyce, Judy and family:

I knew Jim as a brother from the Knights of Columbus and as a friend. I knew him to step up whenever help was needed in our community. I got to know Jim's spiritual side while we were praying the rosary the last weeks of his life.

I feel blessed to have known him and to have prayed with him. His faith in Christ has strengthened mine.

May God Bless you and comfort you.

With Love,

Al Michel

To Aunt Mary, Anna and family,

I can't image Uncle Jim being gone from us. He truly had a genuine gentle spirit about him that I will always miss. The way he would walk into a room and it would light up from his presence. When I think of him these words come into my mind; courage and humbleness. He truly was a man of great faith in the Lord and someone to call a hero and a good friend. As family we are always here for you all. I will especially miss his jokes! My deepest love and sympathy.

Not only was Jim a brother Knight of Columbus, he was a friend to all of us. His sense of humor, and willingness to lend a helping hand was always in Jim's chararcter. I am also grateful to have participated in the personal rosarys that we did with Jim, his wife Mary, and his mother. Jim will be fondly remembered. Now Jim is an angel watching over his family.

God Bless,

Bill Karis and family

I will always remember Uncle Jimmy's love and humor. His unwavering faith in the Lord will always be something I will never forget and will always admire. He was a "salt of the earth" kind of man and his example will live on for all of us. My prayers are with Aunt Mary and Anna and all of his family and friends.

Dear Anna, Mary, and family:

To say that Jim was a wonderful man does not begin to describe how I have always felt about him. In all the years I have known your family, I have always felt an unexplainable peace when I was around Jim. He always made me smile and laugh, and I suspect he was like this with everyone he ever met. I miss him and love him very much, and I will always cherish his memory. As always, my prayers are with you, Anna and Mary, for you are family to me. Andrea
