Jim and Shirley were great neighbors for 30+ years and friendship developed from that. We loved the humor and, of course, if we had a problem with something, we could always ask Jim for help to solve it.

On behalf of the Badger Honor Flight Board and all our volunteers, we extend our deepest condolences to you all, the family of James Stanton. We are forever grateful for his service to our great country. What an honor it was for us to take him on his well-deserved trip of a lifetime. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all.

I have been a Attic Angel since April of 2023 and have enjoyed getting to know Jim these last several months. He was a kind gentle man with a great sense of humor. I'm glad he had such a long visit here before he went home to Heaven! My deepest condolences to your family. His light will truly be missed.
