I enjoyed going to Chili's and chatting with Jimmy. He had a special gift of listening and always had good advice. I loved the stories he used to tell. He will truly be missed.

James, Rob (Mickey's Husband)and myself went to Wolski's one evening, and James had the music in him that night. He started singing Supreme's songs, to the delight of those around us. When it was time to leave, Rob and I picked him up and put him on our shoulders while James sang a VERY animated "Stop In The Name Of Love" to cheers from the crowd. That was my most iconic memory of James. We all laughed for years retelling ourselves that story.

It was a snowey Mon or Tues beginning of Dec, 1995. I came into Real Chili later in the evening. I ordered a bowl of chili said hello and James introduced himself. He said" your not from here are you?" I said.." No, I just moved to Milwaukee." The rest is history. Best friends for 28 yrs. I shall miss you James.
